Ashley and Colleen both grew up in the small town of Sunbury, Oh. They met on the bus in second grade and soon realized they both shared a love of singing. They began singing at their churches and then expanded to singing at their schools local talent shows. By the time they reached their senior year in High School, they had performed all over their town singing the National Anthem. They were voted the Big Walnut's Choir President and Vice President as well their senior year.
After High School, Colleen went to The Ohio State University to pursue a career in Merchandising, while Ashley went to Ohio University to pursue a career in Video Production. However the girls still stayed in touch and would come back to their hometown to continue to sing together. Currently Ashley is in Los Angeles interning at The Jim Henson Company, and Colleen is in Huntersville, North Carolina working at Sunrise Global Marketing.
